Construction Materials Engineering and Testing
Material placement methods and the quality of materials used during construction have a profound impact on the performance of the final product. Such testing is performed at intervals outlined in the specifications to make sure that the quality of materials and the construction methods meet those specified by the project team. Deviations in material quality or placement, if not identified and rectified, may have undesired consequences for structure performance.  Testing and observation of construction materials and construction components is a cost effective approach for an owner, contractor, architect or engineer to assist in the overall effort to assess the quality of materials and construction on the project.

Environmental Consulting
Identification and assessment of risks associated with environmental conditions at a property and proper permitting are essential for successful project development.  Whether the site is undeveloped, previously developed, or actively used with planned additions or renovations, environmental risks may be present that may impact development or the intended use.  Arias works with our Clients to identify and quantify risks, to assure regulatory compliance, and to develop and implement solutions if risks are identified.
