Arias provides observation and materials (soils, concrete, aggregate and steel) testing services for construction projects. Our services listed below may be provided on an on-call or full-time basis, with laboratory testing performed in our main or branch laboratories. Arias' main laboratory is located at our headquarters in San Antonio, Texas. Our main laboratory has certifications/accreditations as listed below. Our Eagle Pass laboratory is accredited by the USACE and is located within 100 miles of Laughlin AFB.

San Antonio International Airport
As the single-largest capital improvement project in the City of San Antonio’s history, this project includes nearly 300,000 square feet of new terminal space, renovation of existing terminal space in excess of 40,000 square feet, a new central utility plant, elevated roadway, taxiway expansion and additions, and more than 9000 square feet of baggage handling systems. Arias provided materials engineering and testing services including fill placement monitoring and testing, drilled pier installation monitoring, reinforcing steel observation, post tension observation, concrete placement monitoring and testing, masonry observation and testing, structural steel inspection, and fireproofing testing and observation.
