Arias provided Geotechnical Engineering and Construction Materials Testing services for the construction of the new Wyndham Garden Riverwalk Hotel in downtown San Antonio, Texas. The project consisted of a 4-story woodframed hotel and restaurant totaling 102,500 SF. The patio area includes a dining area and a 5ft pool with stairs leading down to the San Antonio River level where walkways, retaining walls, and landscaping were constructed as part of the Museum Reach project. Located on the Museum Reach near the San Antonio Museum of Art and a short walk to the Pearl Brewery District, the Wyndham Garden Riverwalk hotel is the ideal setting for culture lovers and business travelers alike.
